Rental Information

The clubhouse is for the benefit and use of members of Three Colonies Homeowners Association.  It is used primarily for meetings of the Board of Directors and for community socials.

Residents of Three Colonies may rent the clubhouse for a rental fee of $250.00.  Residents renting the clubhouse for a non-resident must be in attendance for the entire rental and will take full responsibility for any damage and clean-up if necessary.  Residents must complete and submit the form to request a clubhouse rental.  Reservations are not firm until the rental agreement has been signed and fees/deposits paid.  Use of the pool is not permitted with clubhouse rental. 

Any destruction or damage of Three Colonies’ property will result in immediate loss of all amenities for a minimum of thirty (30) days plus responsible party must pay the costs of replacement or repair of any destroyed or damaged property.
